about first wine released in 2009, winery founded by Axel Wulfken, formerly of Moët et Chandon, and Jacques Cattin, an Alsace winemaker, based in the village of Voegtlinshoffen south of Colmar, new winery built in 2018. An ambitious project, as the Crémant d’Alsace category grows in general.

100% Pinot Blanc, 24 months bottle ageing. Slightly aromatic, but mostly neutral: a little too expensive for its quality.
