“Tarot” Prosecco NV (AUS$24)
Australian “prosecco” is often better than the real thing, mainly because it’s made in smaller quantities. This is a good example: fresh, fruity, floral, zippy, and easy-drinking. Also now sold in cans (AUS$7).
