Crémant de Bourgogne NV ($27)
This 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine comes from 55-year-old vines right next to the winery, and there are just 150 cases made. It's aged for eleven months on the lees for a fresh but complex style.
Pét-Nat (vintage) ($27)
100% Aligoté. Crisp, lean, and fresh, with a light fruitiness. A pleasingly clean pét-nat.
