“Rive Droite” Blanc de Noirs Brut NV ($53)

85% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir. The grapes are grown in the villages of Fleury-la-Rivière and Damery where the soils are sand and clay on the northern side of the river Marne. Fresh, fruity, and dangerously drinkable.

“Rive Gauche” Brut NV ($60)

55% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay. From the village of Mardeuil, where a third of Gamet’s plantings are located. 85% vintage wine, with reserve wines going back to 2014. Eighteen months on the lees: very fresh style.

Rosé Brut NV ($55)

60% Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, with the color coming from red wine made with Meunier. It's aged for 25 months on the lees for an integrated toasty, spicy style that's fresh and extremely drinkable.

“Caractères [Réserve Perpetuelle]” Extra Brut NV ($85)

80% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir, 5% Chardonnay. 50% vintage, the other half from a perpetual reserve system established in 1999. 10% barrel fermentation and ageing. Six years ageing on the lees. 4g/l dosage. Meunier at its finest: maintaining its fruity freshness despite the long ageing with a fine lees character. Serious, yet easily drinkable.
