"Von den Wiessen" Brut 2013 ($49)

Aged for five years before release, this traditional method sparkling wine is a blend of Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, and Riesling, for an aromatic style. Dosage is 10.6g/l, which is quite high but fully integrated with the rich aromatics and the naturally high acidity. That freshness means it doesn't taste like it's from 2013.
