In that time, she has won many awards, making wine in many styles to introduce consumers to the wines of Rust. Her twin sons Johannes and Georg are now part of the project. Nostalgie Pét-Nat (vintage) ($34)

70% Pinot Blanc, 30% Pinot Gris. Three days’ skin contact before fermentation in bottle. No sulphur added, apart from bottling. The skins give it a very grapey, aromatic character, with a spicy, lees texture, balanced by high acidity.
