“Bellenos” NV ($30)
A blend of all four Burgundy varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté, and Gamay. Aged for at least twelve months, with a noticeably high dosage of 12g/l although the acid is high. The fruit profile is a little forced rather than fresh and immediate. For the price, it doesn’t quite deliver.
