standout Alpine bubbles
about five generations of farming and winemaking, now run by father and son Jean-Noël and Thomas, who joined his father after working in Champagne (his father studied in Beaune). Nine hectares owned. The Champagne/Burgundy influence is clear, but working with local Savoie grape varieties. The vineyards are located in a valley created by a collapse in the mountains in 1248, which continues to be a central factor in the growing environment.
