60 % Meunier, 20 % Pinot Noir, 20 % Chardonnay. Fruity, characterful representation of Vallée de la Marne. Demi-Sec version also made.

Special Club Brut 2006 ($125)

70% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir, 15% Meunier. Aged for eleven years on the lees, 6g/l dosage. Mature mushroom, earth, dried fruit, cheese, nut aromas, maintaining very fresh acidity. Serious.
