standout Petit Morin based winery in Champagne
about the winery was started in 1958 by Henri Brulfert. One of his three daughters married Daniel Clément, hence the current name of the winery. Their two sons, Serge and Robert, along with Robert’s wife Nicole, developed the winery further. Since 2013, Serge’s son Aurélien has been in charge of winemaking. The winery is based in the village of Congy, which lies between Côte des Blancs and Sézannais. Chardonnay dominates but Meunier and Pinot Noir also planted too.
