standout all single-vintage, vineyard-based wines
about based in the Côtes des Bars village of Neuville-sur-Seine, from which all their fruit comes. The approach is very vineyard-focused, owning twelve different plots in the village. After working in various vineyards, Florent Douge started this project at the age of 40 on his estate farm. Located not far from Chablis, the wines definitely have a Burgundian feel to them in their lean elegance and concentrated mouthfeel. Each wine has a vibrantly coloured label.
