about the son of Clemens and Rita Busch of Mosel fame, Flo started his own winery in 2018 after purchasing a small plot of land. He now owns 8ha, all old vineyards which he is restoring. Certified biodynamic in 2023. Wife Paola is a botanist, planting and making health products from aromatic varieties suited to a warm, dry climate. Quality is immediately apparent, and is only going to get better.

“Behind the Busch” Pét-Nat 2021

100% Grenache. A small production wine, mainly made for fun at first, but popular with consumers. A very fresh, crisp, light style, with crunchy red apple aromas. Very drinkable. No sulphur.
