about Julie is from Bordeaux, Xavier from Champagne, and various wines are made in both regions. Xavier inherited a small amount of plots in 2000, all Premier and Grand Cru sites. No malolactic fermentation. Members of Les Artisans du Champagne. Quite a rich style.

100% Pinot Noir. Rich and fruity, with nutty maturity. Full-bodied style, but very fresh.
Tradition Premier Cru NV ($60)
70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 5% Meunier. Also a fruity style, with lightly integrated lees and a lean texture.
Rosé Premier Cru NV ($68)
70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir. Fruity, with strawberry and raspberry aromas, round but with a lean edge.
