about Nadine Ferrand established her winery in 1984, her daughter Marine, who had gained experience in the US, joining in 2012. The domaine has increaased to 11.5ha of plantings, and continues to grow and modernise with a new cellar and tasting room open to visitors. They are based in Pouilly-Fuissé and make classy wine from across the Mâconnais.

“Le vin au féminin” Crémant de Bourgogne NV ($30)

Although not labeled Blanc de Blancs, this Crémant is all Chardonnay from 30-year-old vines. It's aged for up to 18 months in the bottle for sophisticated lees-influenced aromas and texture. Only 250 cases made. A great example of the improvements being made in the Crémant de Bourgogne category.
