He makes his wines at a friend’s cellars, having bought six hectares in 2008 which he farms organically. He now farms ten hectares, selling some of the fruit as well as making his own wine. 60% Menu-Pineau, 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Six months on the lees. Youthful, fresh, natural, drink-now style that’s a lot of fun. Natural Loire in a bottle.

60% Gamay, 10% Pineau D’Aunis, 30% Côt. Six months on the lees. Light-bodied, approachable, if not overly complex: another very good example of natural Loire.
