wines tasted
"Gazouille" Pét-Nat 2022 ($24)
60% Menu-Pineau, 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Six months on the lees. Youthful, fresh, natural, drink-now style that’s a lot of fun. Natural Loire in a bottle.
wines tasted
Gazouillie Rosé Pét-Nat ($27)
60% Gamay, 10% Pineau D’Aunis, 30% Côt. Six months on the lees. Light-bodied, approachable, if not overly complex: another very good example of natural Loire.
