about Thierry Thibault is the son of Daniel Thibault, who used to be the winemaker at both Charles and Piper Hiedsieck. He started his own winery in 2009 after inheriting two hectares of vineyards. The wines are approachable, a little bit fruitier than most champagne, and very affordable.

Equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. Fruity, easy, with a light lees texture. Three years on the lees.
