For better or for worse, the wines are everything we now expect from prosecco: commercial, medium-dry, youthful, easy-drinking, and of good but not exciting quality.

17.5g/L of sugar: the wine has notable sweetness. Fruity style with characteristic peardrop aromas. Not exciting or complex, but perfectly drinkable.

La Marca “V20” Prosecco DOC Rosé ($18)

The new pink style of prosecco tastes exactly the same as other commercial prosecco: confected, artificial fruit aromas, medium-dry levels of sugar, but well-made and easy to drink.
