Lumassina Frizzante NV ($26)
11% ABV. No second fermentation. Two months on the lees. Made from the local Lumassina variety (the name derives from the word for snails, a local speciality). Creamy, spicy, floral, pear aromas, bright and refreshing.
Pettirosso Allegro NV ($26)
A blend of Crovino (plantings going back to 1950) and Rossetto for a very natural, orange-pink colour and a creamy, cinnamon mouthfeel. Just four months on the lees.
