about Konstantin Frank was the first New York State producer to believe in the possibility of vitis vinfera being successful in eastern United States, planting vines next to Keuka Lake in 1957. Known for high-quality Riesling, but Champagne grapes also planted for sparkling wine.

55% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 5% Meunier. A small amount of the Pinot Noir fermented in barrel. 30 months lees ageing. Vibrant acidity balanced by a toasty, creamy, spicy mouthfeel. Good value for the price.
