about one of the labels under The Three Brothers umbrella, the others being Passion Feet and Dogg Barn. Beer also made under the Warhorse moniker. Wines aren’t particularly exciting, but well-made.

Sparkling Moscato ($16)
This tastes just like Asti, but there are interesting differences. The grape variety is Valvin Muscat, a hybrid related to Muscat Ottonel and Pedro Ximénez. Both alcohol (10%) and acidity (9g/l TA) are higher than typical Asti, but its sweet, aromatic character are quite similar. Sugar is 45g/l.
