Cave Amadeu Rosé Brut NV ($23)
100% Pinot Noir, aged for 12 months, traditional method. Like most Brazilian wines and despite the production method, it’s not dissimilar to prosecco: fruity, easy to drink, and not especially complex. 10g/l dosage and it feels quite sweet. Drink now and enjoy.
