An old, historic winery (with a classic yellow exterior) established in the 1920s in the centre of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the family owns two plots in Sant Sadurní and nearby Gelida. Astonishing range of wines: they are also expanding into Priorat/Montsant.

45% Xarel.lo, 20% Parellada, 20% Macabeo, 15% Chardonnay, aged for 30 months for a yeasty complexity. Twice the price in the USA as in Spain.

Pinot Noir Rosado Brut Nature NV ($30)

Two years ageing for an approachable, lightly toasty, pale-coloured pink cava.
