“Integral” Brut Nature 2019

Delicate, elegant, classy blend of 40% Parellada, 30% Xarel·lo, and 30% Chardonnay, aged for 18 months. Chardonnay gives a lean edge to the wine.

Brut Reserva 2018 ($30)

40% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeu, 30% Parellada. Around two years on the lees, with green apple, pear, peach aromas and a developing waxy honey character.

Brut Reserva Rosé 2019 ($36)

58% Monastrell, 21% each of Garnatxa and Pinot Noir. Fresh, crunchy, just ripe red fruit aromas, with sweet spices from the lees ageing. Very tasty.
