Brut Rosé NV ($13)

Aged for 12 months, a blend of Trepat, Pinot Noir, and Garnatxa, with 9g/L dosage. A tasty, youthful, fresh style.

Brut Reserva NV ($18)

Aged for 24 months, a blend of 50% Macabeu, 30% Paralleda, and 20% Xarel·lo, with 9g/L dosage. Integrated lees for spice, smoke, nuts, and mushroom aromas.

Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2015

Aged for four years, a blend of Macabeu and Chardonnay. Rich, oily, creamy, and lees influenced style.

“Torre Galimany” Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2016 (magnum)

Mainly Xarel·lo, the only Segura Viudas wine that sees oak for barrel fermentation, and then spends 50 months on the lees. A robust wine, with honeyed, caramel aromas and a creamy mouthfeel.

“Reserva Heredad” Gran Reserva Brut 2016 ($25)

The flagship wine, the distinctive bottle used since the winery’s first cava in 1969. Aged for 60 months, a blend of Macabeu and Paralleda with a little Chardonnay, and 9g/L dosage. A smoky, nutty, toasty, spicy wine with notable nutmeg, ginger, tumeric aromas.
