standout 90-year-old vines

about Founded in the 1980s by four families coming together to protect old vineyards, at a time when Cava production was driven by volume. All the production is from their own vineyards, with excess fruit sold. They were the second winery to plant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the 1990s. Their oldest Cava vineyard is 90 years old, the source of their Paraje.
