Vino Blanco Espumoso Brut Reserva NV ($390MX; $20USD)

Tastes like a sweetish cava, even though it’s from Mexico. The blend is Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Ugni Blanc, aged on the lees for 18-24 months. Sugar of 12g/l gives it an overly sweet mouthfeel, despite pleasant fruity aromatics.
